Welcome to ADDITCON. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (additcon.com) and the cybersecurity services we provide, including but not limited to the 360° Cyber Ecosystem Resilience Program, Cyber Resilience Scans (CRS), and MDR monitoring.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Provision of Services
ADDITCON provides advanced European cybersecurity consulting, vulnerability scanning, and incident response services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any service (such as penetration testing or firewall audits) will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties.
3. Client Obligations and Authorization
When engaging ADDITCON for vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or MDR monitoring, you explicitly authorize us to perform these actions on your designated networks and systems. You warrant that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to authorize such security testing on the target infrastructure.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your network architecture.
- You agree to whitelist our testing IP addresses if required.
- You acknowledge that while we take utmost care, security testing carries inherent risks, and you should maintain adequate backups.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, scan results, threat intelligence, and network architecture details as strictly confidential. Both parties agree to protect each other's proprietary information with the same degree of care as they use to protect their own, often formalized through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADDITCON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
6. Compliance with European Law (NIS2 & DORA)
Our services are designed to assist you in meeting compliance requirements under European frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA. However, ADDITCON acts as a consulting and technology provider; the ultimate legal responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the client's management and board.
